Job DetailsJob LocationRefresh Hattiesburg - Hattiesburg, MSPosition TypeFull TimeJob CategoryAccountingJob Leadership Behaviors:Lives and models Refresh vision and BROWN VALUES in everything we do.Negotiates and gains consensus with people at different organizational levels to gain commitment to drive continuous improvements in the delivery and selling processDemonstrates personal commitment in dealing with all internal and external customers.Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:Checks in drivers' money bags, keys, and petty cash dailySorts coins to denomination using a coin-separating machineRemoves counterfeit and mutilated coinsFeeds coins into hopper of counting machine that counts and bags coinsWraps currency, using currency wraps, and places bundles of currency into bags or boxes for depositRecords machine totals, shortages or overages, and kind of value of coins and currency removed from circulationVerifies totals against deposit slips and prepares coins and currency for shipmentPrepares and issues bags of coins for replacement of vending machine bill changer fundsRecords total collection by route and reconcile with tape from coin sorting machineEnsure proper controls(signature requirements, timely funds returns, key control) as per company guidelinesAudits the cash room dailyMaintains a clean and safe working environmentMust have ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memosMust have ability to effectively present information to internal and external customersMust have ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsMust have ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Lifting, up to 50 lbs on a frequent and possibly prolonged basis.Walking on a frequent and possibly prolonged basisMust be proficient with 10-key operationsMust be able to bend, stoop, climb and balance on a regular basis
