Job Description:

Qualifications Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration or accounting and four (4) years of successful employment in work related to the above-described duties. Characteristics of Work Incumbent is designed by the Agency to provide oversight of the property control system. The work includes facility management of the Agency’s Administrative Office Building. The work involves interface with various department/ component directors and staff to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. The work is performed under general supervision of an administrative superior. Supervision is exercised over a janitorial staff and several contracted service providers.
