Job Description:
Characteristics of Work This is clerical-level work involving
responsibility for operating alphanumeric data entry equipment.
Under the direction of the Data Analytics Officer, the incumbent is
responsible for data entry of children’s enrollment applications
into the Child Outcome Planning and Assessment (COPA) system,
keeping a record of the applications, and providing assistance to
the Data Analytics Officer as required. Incumbents must be computer
literate and familiar with various data entry formats. Work is
performed under the general supervision of the Data Analytics
Officer. Qualifications B. S. Degree in Computer Technology or
related field and two (2) years of data entry experience,
experience using computers, copiers, and other office machines, and
be able to type 40 correct words per minute using WordPerfect or
Microsoft Word.
