Job Description:

Fit is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Intake Specialist to join a local law firm. The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered accurately and efficiently. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations by coordinating initial assessments, data entry, and administrative tasks. This is a salaried position with a starting pay range of $40K. Key Responsibilities: Greet and communicate with clients professionally and courteously (in person, by phone, or electronically). Collect and verify personal, demographic, and case-specific information. Enter and update client data accurately in internal systems. Schedule appointments and assist with initial onboarding. Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding services, processes, and next steps. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper hand-off and case follow-through. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations and company policies. Perform administrative support tasks, including filing, scanning, document preparation, and courier responsibilities. Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred. Prior experience in an intake, customer service, or administrative role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases, email platforms). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
