Job Description:
CF Industries, a global leader in the production of nitrogen
products for agricultural and industrial markets, is seeking an
experienced Maintenance Piping Planner to join our dedicated
facilities team. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for
planning, scheduling, and overseeing the maintenance and
installation of all industrial piping systems, ensuring alignment
with our commitment to safe and sustainable operations. The role
demands a thorough understanding of plant operations and
maintenance workflow processes, with a focus on efficiency, cost
reduction, and adherence to safety and environmental protocols.
Develop and implement detailed plans for piping maintenance and
installation projects, ensuring work is done safely and
efficiently. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and other
departments to schedule downtime and manage workflows. Assess
existing piping systems for maintenance needs and compliance with
safety and environmental regulations. Generate and maintain
documentation related to piping projects, maintenance histories,
and system designs. Procure materials and services, ensuring budget
compliance and optimal resource utilization. Utilize maintenance
management systems to forecast and track the progress of piping
operations. Proficiency in maintenance planning and industrial
piping. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex
projects. Excellent communication and coordination abilities,
interfacing effectively with multiple departments. Knowledge of
safety regulations and environmental protocols in the chemical
industry. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and
