Overview: MasTec Civil is currently hiring for Pile Drivers with Heavy Highway experience in Mobile, AL. Responsibilities: - Operates pile-driving machinery to drive posts into the ground for support of fences, buildings, and other structures. - Reviews building plans, ensuring pilings are installed accurately. - Inspects machinery prior to beginning shift to ensure there are no mechanical problems. - Cleans, lubricates, and performs basic maintenance on machinery. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Excellent mechanical skills. - Ability to operate complex machinery. - Excellent hand-eye coordination. - Good verbal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
