You will be the driving force behind our quality control efforts, monitoring and evaluating the workmanship of our crews on every project. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You must also be able to pick up additional needed materials and deliver them to the job site, as well as return leftover materials to the supplier after jobs are completed. At Watkins Roofing & Construction, we value clients, and their satisfaction is our top priority. As our Project Manager, you will be expected to complete all QC inspections within 24 hours of completion and log the results to our CRM at the site. You will also be responsible for addressing any warranty callbacks within 24-72 hours.
