What Success Looks Like in This Role You answer every phone call with energy and professionalism You are the first impression for every client who walks through our doors At least one person per week is willing to leave a 5-star Google review based on their interaction with you Clients feel welcomed, respected, and confident theyre in the right place Core Responsibilities Greet clients in person and on the phone with warmth and professionalism Maintain a polished, professional appearance every day Direct calls and visitors efficiently to the appropriate team member Assist with basic service requests and administrative support Consistently ask the following question at least once per day during appropriate client conversations: Mr./Mrs. ___, most people who have their home and auto insurance with us also have their life insurance. Im sure you have some through workwhat do you have outside of work? Help reinforce a culture of exceptional service throughout the office Work Schedule MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM In-office position Requirements Punctuality is non-negotiable This role requires consistent attendance and reliability. Frequent tardiness or missed work will not work here.
