Job Description:
Characteristics of Work The Classroom Substitute is responsible
for assisting the classroom staff in providing all children with a
safe, nurturing, engaging, enjoyable, and secure learning
environment in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards
and other regulations. Qualifications A. A. Degree in Early
Childhood Education or related field or Child Development Associate
(CDA) Credential and one (1) year of experience working with
preschool children.
