offers an opportunity to support K-12 students as a
paraprofessional or speech aide in a flexible, part-time role
within a vibrant school community located in Mobile, Alabama. The
focus is on working with elementary-aged children (K-5) or serving
itinerantly across multiple campuses from March to late May 2026.
Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to students in
classroom or one-on-one settings, assisting with speech and
communication needs Collaborate with speech-language pathologists
and classroom teachers to implement individualized education plans
Facilitate learning activities and reinforce positive behavior to
foster student success Maintain clear, consistent communication
with school staff and families regarding student progress Desired
Qualifications: Experience as a paraprofessional, speech aide, or
school teacher in a K-12 environment Familiarity with supporting
students with speech or communication challenges Must be a local
U.S. citizen, at least 18 years old, and able to provide two
professional references Availability to work 20-35 hours per week,
with flexible scheduling in coordination with speech-language
pathologists Successful completion of a pre-screen interview and
district eligibility process Location: Position 1: Itinerant role
serving multiple private and public campuses K-12 across Mobile, AL
