Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid CCC certification and
registration with the Board of Speech Examiners is needed for an
elementary school setting in Mobile, AL. This contract position,
lasting from March 2025 through May 29, 2026, involves working
on-site at a school serving students in kindergarten through 5th
grade. The role requires delivering targeted speech and language
services to young learners within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and
language disorders in K-5 students Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support
communication goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
student progress and sessions Participate in school meetings and
contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts Qualifications and
Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology Registration with the Board of Speech
Examiners in Alabama Experience working with elementary-aged
children preferred Strong communication, organizational, and
interpersonal skills Ability to manage caseloads effectively within
the school environment Work Details: Location: Mobile, AL,
elementary school on-site Position Type: Contract for the current
school year, March 2025 to May 2026 Hours: Approximately 35 hours
per week Caseload: Elementary students from kindergarten through
