As a Specialist, Engineering Documentation, you will serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate and create work instructions What You’ll Do: Serve as liaisons between SMEs, manufacturing, quality, and engineering departments. Facilitate creation and revision of work instructions and related documentation. Manage document routing, formatting, and compliance to company standards. Track progress through approval workflows and ensure timely completion of reviews. Maintain version control, metadata accuracy, and document accessibility in Dozuki. Support plant teams with documentation training and best practices Additional duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent field preferred; will consider applicants with an associate degree in a technical field also. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience is required. Understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) preferred 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, etc. Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter. Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail; ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization.
