Koch Foods, a leader in the U.S. poultry processing industry, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This position is critical to ensuring the high operational performance of our sophisticated manufacturing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the electrical systems within our production facilities, ensuring all activities align with safety standards and support the efficient production of our poultry products. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all electrical equipment and machinery within the facility Diagnose and correct electrical malfunctions to prevent downtime Install new electrical systems and equipment following industry standards and safety regulations Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering staff to optimize electrical systems and improve efficiency Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations Participate in ongoing training to remain current with industry trends and technology Strong knowledge of electrical systems including wiring, circuits, and electronics Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints Good problem-solving skills Effective communication and team collaboration skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Electrician license as per state requirements OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is advantageous
