Koch Foods, a leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. With a commitment to quality and innovation, Koch Foods operates numerous high-volume facilities across the U.S. distributing both fresh and frozen poultry products. This role requires overseeing the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards. Create and implement maintenance procedures. Conduct regular safety audits. Prepare and submit maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal productivity. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing. Proficiency in maintenance management systems and preventative maintenance programs. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Good communication and training skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. OSHA Safety Training Certification.
