TheCoordinator/Project Manager of Fraternity & Sorority Life will work inconjunction with the Director for Fraternity & Sorority Life, serving asthe primary advisor to Panhellenic Council, their committees;individual chaptersof IFC, CPC, and NPHC ;and individual members of the Fraternity & SororityLife Community. The Coordinator/Project Manger will perform complex student andstudent organization advisement, leadership training, and on-campus major eventsupervision to maximize opportunities for co-curricular student involvement andenhance retention of first-year members. The Coordinator/Project Manager will be a collaborative liaison with thefaculty/staff advisor, Housing & Residential Life Community, AssistantDirector, Director, and other members of the Fraternity & Sorority LifeOffice staff. The Coordinator/Project Manger will assist the Fraternity &Sorority Life team in the planning of leadership retreats, implementation ofthe office goals and strategic plan, execution of marketing and communicationefforts, collaborates with other departments, and is expected to serve onuniversity committees as requested. Additionally, the Coordinator/ProjectManger will provide leadership and administrative management for all fraternity& Sorority members housed in Housing and Residential--Life.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Directly advises one of the governing councils. Serves as a primary FSL Advisor for at least 8-9 chapters, chapter presidents, and chapter advisors within the FSL Community. Assists and advises CPC, NPHC, and IFC chapters with all programming, training, and initiatives. Guides the individual chapter intake programs and recruitment efforts to ensure policy and procedural compliance. Advises individual chapters on areas of particular concerns. 2. Develops and presents educational programs for the Fraternity & Sorority community, individual chapters, and assists chapters in performing and reporting quality community service projects. Assists the Fraternity & Sorority Life team in the planning and execution of all leadership retreats, programs, and community-wide initiatives. 3. Interprets and enforces policies in Fraternity & Sorority Life, including the Gold Book and Standard Operating Procedures manual, and supports its mission, goals, and strategic plan. Assists with all judicial matters pertinent to Fraternity & Sorority Life and coordinating council. Maintains a database platform of all Panhellenic and chapter records. 4. Collaborates with local graduate chapters to promote advocacy, investment, and dialogue among and between invested constituencies. 5.Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications -- Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited college or university in Education, Communication or relatedfield and one-year related experience inFraternity & Sorority Life. Valid Drivers License--is required.

  Preferred Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college oruniversity in Higher Education, or related field andat least two years of related experience in Fraternity & Sorority Life isdesired. This includes but is not limited to such items as student programmaticadvising, Fraternity & Sorority council/governance advising,finance/scholarship, and any functionally based advising for studentorganizations or fraternities and sororities.-- Supervisory Responsibilities
