Description:
Channel Control Merchants, LLC is now accepting applications for a
Bi-lingual TRAINING MANAGER. We are looking for the ideal candidate
who will educate and develop our warehouse team members using
various methods, including online, classroom and self-directed
activities. This role will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and updating training programs for our team members.
In addition, the role will prepare training programs that cover
knowledge gaps. Position will also develop Standard Operation
Procedures (SOPs) for the Warehouse to drive consistency in
performance of the Warehouse team members. Note that this position
requires working closely with the other warehouse Training Managers
to ensure consistency across all warehouses. They will also be
responsible for directing and supervising the local warehouse

MerchantsResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The Trainer's role requires teaching technical skills and
knowledge to team members.
- The Trainer is responsible for demonstrating proper procedure
of all job duties, evaluating the team member's skill development,
maintaining the trainee's development checklist, and assisting with
employee retention by displaying the culture of CCM.
- The Training Manager will meet weekly with the trainers to
discuss any common concerns or mistakes and potential updates or
changes to the training schedule.
- Assist trainers in evaluating new team member development
- Track team member progress as outlined on development
checklist
- Evaluate the trainers and provide constructive feedback to
trainers and team members
- Ensure availability for questions and assistance as needed
- Any additional tasks as required by supervisors and
leadership#indeedsponsor. Requirements:
Education and Experience
- The successful applicant must have a minimum of 2-3 years of
experience in training and development
- At least one year of experience with leading trainers
- Knowledge of not only classroom training but virtual training
as well
- The ability to develop training based on knowledge gaps
- Proficient in using web-based resources for the distribution of
training
- The ability to create evaluations to assess training needs
- Experience in training in a Warehouse and/or Manufacturing
environmentSkills and Competencies
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Interpersonal and people skills
- Ability to multi-taskWork Hours and Benefits:
- Full Time position located in Hattiesburg MS; must be able to
work in Warehouse environment each day
