scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the
organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the
company's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it
relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention,
and succession planning.
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff for the
