Manager, Practice Operations - Talent ServicesThe Manager,
Practice Operations role is a hybrid position that performs a wide
range of project or initiative duties, splitting time between
strategic project management activities and operations initiatives.
50% of the role will be spent directly supporting the National
Talent Services (TS) Leader and 50% will be spent directly
supporting Talent Services Operations' programs and services. This
role coordinates strategy, plans initiatives, manages
project/initiative work teams on a day-to-day basis, sets and
organizes agendas, and communicates to key stakeholders and
executive leadership regarding projects/initiatives.Work you'll
doYou will operate as both an extension of and leverage to the
National Talent Services Leader and will have significant
responsibilities in supporting the development and execution
of:Provides oversight and a strategic POV to create and drive
compelling communications to enable leadership alignment and
stakeholder engagement in the implementation of strategy, business
initiatives, special projects, and organizational and cultural
changes.Leverages USI knowledge and relationships to provide USI
insights into communications, culture and change efforts and
strategic projects.Produces/leads production of key events (TS
AHMs, US virtual and live roadshows, leadership meetings,
culture-related events, etc.) and overall meeting cadence to
support effective collaboration across teams and transparent
communication at all levels within TS.Manages TS communication
protocols, including internal social networking sites, calendars,
requests for information, distribution lists and mailboxes.Develops
compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables
that will be shared at the TS and Talent leadership
level.Identifies, assists and leads strategic initiatives to
achieve cross-TS priorities and make progress towards our TS
vision.The Manager will also serve as an integral part of the TS
Program Management team, leading initiatives focused on the design,
development, evaluation, and delivery of new or enhanced programs
and services which promote the continued growth, evolution and
innovation of the TS organization. You will be engaged in work
associated with TS governance, communications, culture, service
delivery, leadership support and advancement of the TS vision and
operating principles:Leads operations-related projects by
establishing clear objectives, scope, and quantify impact/value;
building and managing to project plan/timeline; managing the
delegation and completion of work; identifying project issues and
risks and proposing mitigation tactics and strategies; and measures
value-created and impact made at the completion of the
project.Partners with other Program Management team members on
Service Delivery and governance initiatives to monitor maturity,
drive consistency through guiding principles, and implement
innovations in how we deliver Talent services.Manages and serves as
a key contributor to the development, program management and
operations of the TS Career Apprenticeship Program (CAP) which
includes launching the program, overseeing the project team,
working with leadership on identifying positions for the program,
soliciting and selecting CAP fellows, managing the CAP process and
working with stakeholders.Assists with supporting and leading
strategic efforts for the Talent Agile Workforce Gig Program which
includes partnering with other Program Management Managers to
continually enhance and expand program.The teamThe mission of

ability to scale and reduce cost
structure.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree; Minimum seven
years of related experienceStrong project management/delivery and
"upward management" skills for working with senior leadersStrong
executive communication skills, including virtual facilitation and
presentation expertiseAbility to manage change from many points of
view and adjust messaging based on varying stakeholder
groupsConsultative approach toward clients and ability to influence
othersExcellent program/project management skillsAbility to think
both strategically and tacticallyAbility to manage ambiguityApply
problem-solving skillsMust be flexible and comfortable with
ambiguityUnderstanding of Talent operating model and
processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and
Word mandatory)Must be legally authorized to work in the United
States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any
time in the futurePreferred:Project Management Professional (PMP)
certificationThe wage range for this role takes into account the
wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation
decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and
training; licensure and certifications; and other business and
organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been
adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with
the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it
is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate
of the current range is $86,425 to $177,470.You may also be
eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive
program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an
award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without
limitation, individual and organizational
