The Customer Success Director of Data & Analytics is responsible for ensuring our data & analytics platform meets our customer's needs. As a client-facing lead, the role is accountable for collaborating with clients to ensure the online/offline/tag data within our analytics platform is integrated appropriately for self-service client analytical tools to drive customer outcomes. The Customer Success Director will possess the analytical skills to guide clients how to leverage the data inside our platform using multiple analytical tools and manage resolution to challenges & issues. *This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S. What You Will Do:

• Client-lead accountable for collaborating with clients leveraging our data & analytics platform
• Educate client on online/offline/tag data inside the analytic platform to facilitate successful client analytics, measurement & modeling
• Consult with client on how to best leverage analytic platform data with self-service analytic & modeling tools
• Troubleshoot issues with respect to integration of data assets to facilitate analytics & modeling
• Collaborate with our implementation & operational functions to ensure successful installation and operations of products contracted by the customer
• Develops and maintains effective customer partnershipWhat You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, computer science, statistics, MIS or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data, Ad Ops or related field
  • Experience working within major media buying and management interfaces including one or more of the below
    • DSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath)
    • Ad servers (Google CM360/DoubleClick, Sizmek)
    • Paid search (Google SA360/DS3, Skai, Marin Software)
    • Proprietary buying platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
    • Good grasp of campaign measurement metrics such as impressions, clicks, and the difference view-through versus click-through activity
    • Working knowledge of tools such as SAS, R, SQL and how data scientists leverage them for analytics, measurement, multi-touch attribution, modeling, etc.
    • Microsoft office products and software/programming applications specific to business supported
    • Previous experience leading others preferred with the desire to mentor others requiredWhat Will Set You Apart:
