Job Description:
Channel Control Merchants has an opportunity for our Strategic
Merchandising Sales Manager. This is a full-time position to create
long-term, trusting relationships with CCM wholesale customers. The
Strategic Merchandising Sale Manager's role is to oversee a
portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing
and past customers, and actively seek new sales opportunities with
an emphasis on small scalable b2b customers. Although the primary
responsibility of the Strategic Merchandising Sale Manager's role
is sales, the Strategic Merchandising Sales Manager should also be
open to learning/acting upon other areas of the business as needed
to help optimize wholesale sales. This job opportunity provides a
unique opportunity to be a part of a reenergized division inside a
industry leading reverse logistics company whilst reporting
directly to the Chief Merchandising Officer.Responsibilities:Gather
information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and
pricing plans)Contact clients to understand their requirements and
work on a sales planProvide follow up sales support to retain and
grow customersEnsure prompt and accurate answers to customer
inquiriesBuild strong customer relationships, through regular
communicationReport on the status of accountsProactively make cold
calls with elegant and persistent follow upCommunicate product and
pricing details clearlyCoordinate with supply chain, finance and
cross organizationally as needed to create customized sales pitch's
Promote new deals every day to new and existing customers
