Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Mammography Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: /n/n Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. /n/n Opportunity: /n Mammo Tech - Mammo Tech /n/n Job Details: /n • Work day shift Monday through Friday, 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts /n• 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible /n• Mississippi state license required /n• ARRT certification in Mammography and Radiology required /n• Must have permanent address more than 50 miles from facility /n• Perform mammography screenings and diagnostic procedures /n• Conduct needle localizations and stereotactic procedures /n• Perform bone density scans /n• Operate Hologic 3 dimensions mammography equipment /n• Work with Hologic Affirm systems /n• Use GE Lunar bone density equipment /n• Experience with various mammography and radiology procedures required /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility provides comprehensive diagnostic imaging services with state-of-the-art mammography and bone density equipment.
