Job Description:
Outpatient facility Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
No call 16-22 patients per day Reports directly to the CMO Health
and Dental Insurance Malpractice Insurance Vacation-15 days Sick
leave-8 hours/month Life, STD, LTD 403B Tax Deferred Annuity
Executive Deferred Compensation Plan with vesting Professional
Continuing Education leave- 5 days ($2,500.00 allowance) Paid
