Opportunity Details Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in western North Dakota with an opening for a Pediatrician to assist with locum tenens coverage. About the Opening: Schedule: 7x 24-hour call shifts per month Level II Nursery Daily Volume: 2-3 patients Duties: Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, attend all scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, and perform circumcisions Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/intubations/UVC, and lumbar punctures Support Staff: Nurses, anesthesia, OB/GYNs, respiratory therapists, and local pediatricians EMR: Meditech Must be board-certified or board-eligible Paid travel & expenses During your time off, tour a regional museum highlighting local history, walk downtown streets with shops and cafes, and enjoy stargazing under dark skies.
