Job Description:
Exciting opportunities await a qualified Physician in our
Emergency Medicine Program near SALLIS, MS. This full-time,
permanent position offers a unique chance to be a cornerstone of a
dynamic healthcare team within a hospital setting, serving a
diverse and growing community. In this role, you will play a
pivotal part in managing a substantial annual volume of 25,000
patients, showcasing the demand for comprehensive emergency medical
services in the area. The hospital boasts a total of 110 beds, with
19 beds specifically designated for the emergency department. As a
Level III Trauma Center, the facility is well-equipped to handle a
range of medical emergencies, providing a critical lifeline for the
local community. Physician coverage is available around the clock,
ensuring patients receive timely and high-quality medical care
whenever the need arises. Additionally, there is 10-hour coverage
provided by Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), contributing to a
well-rounded and responsive medical team. To streamline patient
care and enhance efficiency, the program utilizes the Cerner
electronic medical record (EMR) system, enabling accurate and
prompt documentation of medical records. This full-time position,
unfortunately, does not accept J-1 waivers or H-1b visas at this
