We are actively seeking a talented and fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon/Surgical Oncologist to join an established hospital-based practice near SALLIS, MS. The selected physician will be joining an existing Breast Surgeon who is open to mentoring, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for professional growth. The hospital is recognized for its commitment to women's health and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, creating a special environment for both patients and medical professionals. Notably, Woman???s Hospital, the only facility of its kind in Mississippi, offers Intraoperative Radiation Therapy, a groundbreaking technology that allows for cancer removal and radiation treatment simultaneously. This innovative approach reduces or eliminates the need for additional radiation treatments. Additionally, the hospital provides services such as KUBTEC, Digital Mammography, Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS), and stereotactic biopsies, ensuring a comprehensive and advanced range of care. We are looking for a physician with a strong work ethic who values work-life balance. The current physician in the practice is eager to mentor and collaborate with a new team member who is enthusiastic about learning and growing within this thriving practice. The practice, currently consisting of one surgeon and two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), is in the 99th percentile for patient and surgical load, reflecting its success and reputation. The comprehensive recruitment package for this full-time position includes compensation determined by experience, support for continuing medical education (CME), relocation assistance, medical education debt assistance, and a generous commencement bonus.
