comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients Coordinate
with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans Administer medications, monitor patient
recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on
post-hospital care Maintain accurate patient records and ensure
confidentiality Participate in continuous educational activities to
enhance nursing knowledge and skills Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical environment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing
environment Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Mississippi or ability to obtain Basic
Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
