Gifted Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and compassionate Travel MedSurg RN to join our dedicated nursing team in Jackson, Mississippi. This role will involve caring for patients in a Medical-Surgical setting, ensuring the highest quality of care and optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will effectively manage patient care while displaying empathy and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other health professionals Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families about care plans Provide direct care and manage multiple patients while maintaining the standards of professional nursing Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and families Ensure compliance with all health care regulations and maintain accurate patient records Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Excellent patient assessment abilities Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to handle stress and adapt in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
