Job Description:
AccentCare is seeking a Business Development Director for
Hospice services, who will be instrumental in promoting and
expanding our hospice services, enhancing our market presence, and
fostering relationships with key healthcare providers. This dynamic
role requires a blend of strategic planning, market analysis, and
leadership to drive growth and ensure the delivery of
compassionate, personalized care that is synonymous with our
mission. The successful candidate will spearhead initiatives that
align with our objectives of improving patient care and expanding
our reach within the community. Develop and execute a comprehensive
business development strategy for hospice services. Analyze market
trends and identify new opportunities for growth and partnership.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers,
community organizations, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with
marketing and clinical teams to enhance service offerings and
ensure high-quality patient care. Prepare reports on market
activities, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives
progress. Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills
Proven ability to manage and cultivate relationships Excellent
communication and leadership skills Deep understanding of the
healthcare industry and hospice care regulations Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional certification
in Healthcare or Business Management preferred. Knowledge of CMS
regulations and compliance standards in hospice care.
