AccentCare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Manager to lead and enhance our home health care services, promoting high-quality care and effective management of our clinical staff. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for patient-focused care. This pivotal role involves overseeing several clinical teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, and effectively managing resources to enhance patient outcomes. Supervise daily operations of clinical teams to ensure compliance with health care regulations and internal standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures aimed at improving quality of care and efficiency of service delivery. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation to ensure a competent workforce. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments to optimize patient care and service outcomes. Monitor and adjust workflows and processes for continual improvement based on patient needs and organizational goals. Strong leadership and people management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements Effective communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., CPHM) is preferred
