Leadership & Growth: - Lead the and grow the Laryngology program
and direct the UMMC Voice & Swallowing Center - Departmental
support for master’s degree training if desired - Ideal Work

Laryngology-focused APP in clinic and a full complement of speech
and language pathologists - Favorable Call Schedule: - Light
general ENT call from home with resident coverage - Also hiring
Head & Neck Oncologic Surgeon and Rhinologist/Skull Base Surgeon
faculty Compensation & Benefits: - Financial Package: $450K-$525K
potential with a 2-year guarantee and RVU-based bonus plan -
