Required Skills Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid state medical license and Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Proven experience in emergency or family medicine settings Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Nice to Have Skills Advanced certifications (e.g., ATLS, ACLS, PALS) Prior experience in hospital-based emergency or family medicine practice Bilingual proficiency Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems Ability to work flexible hours and shifts Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in emergency or family medicine Active medical license in the state of practice Board certification in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Other Requirements Availability for 24-hour shifts at Parkview campus on specific dates (May 10, 22, 24, 26, 31, 2026) Ability to meet shift rate requirements and commitments Willingness to travel and work in 24-hour settings as needed Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and hospital policies Enjoy competitive compensation with a pay rate of $1.00 per hour—while this rate may seem modest, the total compensation includes shift maximums up to $5,400 per shift. We also offer weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other associated expenses.
