Position Highlights: Hospital-employed role Open to Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-trained physicians 3 × 12-hour shifts per week (nights or mix)– predictable schedule for great work-life balance ED averages 15,000 visits per year Collaborative coverage – always 1 MD and 1 APP on each shift Competitive compensation with a $20,000 sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits package: health, vision, dental, malpractice, 401k with match, PTO & CME Visa sponsorship available Community Overview: Our practice is located in the heart of the Midwest near the Arkansas River and just a 20-minute drive to Wichita.
