Job Description:

join our team in Jackson, Mississippi. This position is ideal for a
compassionate professional eager to contribute to patient care and
utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes. As a
MedSurg RN, you will be working within diverse and dynamic hospital
settings, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to
deliver high-quality medical care. Your role is crucial in managing
a variety of cases, administering medications, and implementing
patient care plans as directed by physicians. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical
unit. Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide
the best possible care and advice. Administer medications, monitor
dosages, and note possible interactions or side effects. Implement
physicians’ orders, perform routine procedures, and coordinate
patient care with other healthcare professionals. Document patient
care services and collaborate with team members to facilitate
integrated patient management. Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical setting Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in Mississippi Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
