We're looking for a dependable and friendly team member to help deliver that experience every shift. Position Summary: As a Cashier & Guest Experience Associate , you’ll be the face of both BreakiT and ChunkiT, ensuring every guest has a great time from the moment they walk in. This role includes handling check-ins, preparing and cleaning Paint Rooms, guiding guests through axe throwing safety, and keeping the space fun and safe. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests at BreakiT and ChunkiT Set up and clean rooms between sessions Provide axe throwing instruction and safety training to guests (we will train you) Work independently on certain shifts and manage the front-of-house Make follow-up calls to guests when needed Maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment Stay alert to guest needs and ensure they’re having a great experience Maintain a clean and tidy work area Accurately process all cash and credit payments Provide exceptional customer service Availability Requirements: Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Be able to work private events Must be available for on-call shifts Mondays & Tuesdays (responsibilities rotate weekly among staff) Comfortable working solo on some days What We're Looking For: Responsible, dependable, and self-motivated Outgoing and customer-focused with strong communication skills Able to multitask in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment Comfortable giving safety instruction and interacting with groups Willing to clean and do physical tasks when needed Perks: Fun, one-of-a-kind work environment Opportunities for additional hours On-the-job training and supportive team culture Operating Hours BreakiT: Mon & Tues: 2pm - 8pm (on call shifts) Wed & Thurs: 2pm - 8pm Friday: 2pm - 9pm Saturday: 11am - 10pm Sunday: 12pm - 7pm Operating Hours ChunkiT: Mon & Tues: 2pm - 8pm (on call shifts) Wed: 2pm - 8pm Thurs & Fri: 2pm - 9pm Saturday: 12pm - 10pm Sunday: 1pm - 8pm By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
