Job Description Job Description Primary Care Physician Mobile, AL | Full-Time | Estimated: $214K–$269K/year What You’ll Do As a Primary Care Physician , you'll lead in a collaborative, team-based care model built around delivering quality outcomes — not volume. With a smaller patient panel (~400) and strong clinical support, you’ll have the time and tools to truly impact your patients' lives. Your day-to-day will include: ???? Evaluating and treating patients following clinical care standards Participating in daily team huddles and interdisciplinary planning Coordinating care with specialists, SNFs, hospitals, and home health Completing thorough documentation with support from quality-based coders Engaging with leadership to improve outcomes and processes ? Balancing patient-facing care with meaningful administrative time ? Requirements MD or DO from an accredited program Active or eligible medical license (AL or willing to obtain) Board-Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Active DEA license Medicare & Medicaid provider eligible Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for value-based care and a team-first mindset Comfortable using email, EMR/EHR systems Willingness to undergo TB screening (required for patient-facing roles) ? Preferred Experience Knowledge of HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, and HOS Background in Medicare Advantage or global risk models Experience working with underserved or diverse communities ?
