Summary/Objective The Route Settlement Specialist in the branch locations verifies drivers’ paperwork, bank deposits and full-service bags. The Route Settlement Specialist is responsible for reconciling daily routes from various locations. Other duties are assigned. Essential Functions 1.Count cash 2.Verify that checks are filled out correctly, signed, and stamped 3.Operate adding machine 4.Set up and maintain spreadsheets in Excel 5.Check for PO 's, customer signatures, store stamps and DSD sheets 6.Scan paperwork to appropriate shared folders for Route Settlement and other departments 7.Operation of Windows based computer systems 8.Clerical skills, organization and filing paperwork 9.Interacting and communicating with supervisors, route drivers, and other staff in a positive and professional manner Competencies 1.Problem Solving/Analysis 2.Customer/Driver focus 3.Results Driven 4.Flexibility 5.Works well with others to achieve goals 6.Following procedures to ensure accuracy Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
