Job Description:
Warehouse – Case Runner Summary/Objective: The Warehouse – Case
Runner will be responsible for picking offline tickets and
fulfilling orders that are not processed through the Vertique
system (such as kegs, cups, and lids). The Case Runner will also be
responsible for locating and replacing any product incorrectly
picked by the Vertique system. Warehouse – Case Runner
Responsibilities: Pick and fulfill offline tickets that are not
processed through the Vertique system, ensuring that products are
correctly picked, packed, and staged for shipment. Locate and
replace any product incorrectly picked by the Vertique system.
Double-check all offline orders to ensure accuracy in quantities,
product types, and any special handling requirements before they
are shipped out. Safely operate forklifts to move products,
including kegs and other items, within the warehouse. Adhere to all
safety protocols while operating forklifts and handling products in
the warehouse, including wearing proper PPE and following warehouse
guidelines for safe material handling. Work closely with other
warehouse team members, including material handlers, top off, and
supervisors. Complete any required paperwork for offline orders,
ensuring accurate records are maintained for inventory and order
tracking. Keep the picking area clean, organized, and free from
hazards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications Warehouse – Case Runner Qualifications: Valid
Driver’s License. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous
experience in warehouse operations or material handling is
preferred. Familiarity with the Vertique system and basic warehouse
management systems is a plus. Forklift certification or experience
is strongly preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with team
members, management, and external partners. Ability to adapt to
changing priorities and take initiative to address issues as they
arise. Physical Demands Ability to lift and move heavy objects,
typically up to 50 pounds. Capability to stand, walk, and bend for
extended periods. Comfort working in varying warehouse conditions
(e.g., temperature variations, noise). Ability to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
