Koch Foods, a distinguished leader in the poultry processing industry, is seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our dynamic team. Located at our modern facilities, this role is pivotal in supporting our operations by efficiently managing material movement and contributing to the overall supply chain effectiveness. As part of Koch Foods, you will be integral to ensuring the precise and safe handling of our products, from fresh and frozen poultry to other necessary materials required for daily operations. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Load and unload goods from trucks and into warehouse racking systems. Ensure accurate placement of all materials within the warehouse to optimize space and organization. Maintain clear communication with warehouse staff and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure operational efficiency. Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure functional safety. Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards set by OSHA and company policies. Proficient in operating forklifts and other industrial vehicles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic mechanical skills to perform minor maintenance. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to warehouse management systems and technologies. Forklift Operator certification
