The Sanitation Supervisor at Koch Foods will oversee the sanitation operations at our food processing facilities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation by ensuring all processes meet or exceed regulatory requirements for food safety. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a detailed understanding of sanitation systems, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Oversee the daily sanitation operations of the food processing facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement sanitation policies and procedures to effectively maintain equipment cleanliness and facility hygiene. Train and supervise sanitation staff, promoting safe work practices. Manage the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies, ensuring their safe storage and handling. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify sanitation issues and develop corrective actions. Collaborate with quality control and production teams to implement process improvements. Prepare reports and maintain records of all sanitation activities. Strong leadership and management skills In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitizing methods Ability to train and motivate team members Familiarity with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, HACCP) Strong organizational and communication skills Certified in Food Safety (e.g., ServSafe) HACCP certification desirable
