Job Description:
Lease drivers get paid 68% revenue of every load they haul and
100% fuel surcharge. You get a non-binding lease to purchase
contract on the truck of your choice from our available fleet. Our
drivers can average $1000-$1500 take home pay each week. This
depends on the loads you choose, the areas you run and how well you
manage your time. This program is designed to benefit the driver.
We run truck ranging from 2006-2015 year models for the lease
program. We offer Mack, Volvo, ProStar, and Freightliner. You can
also trade trucks, that allows us to be more flexible with drivers
and make sure that you can purchase the truck you are wanting.
We do a 9.5% escrow for our lease drivers to help out with roadside
services. (the account balance would go back to you if you were to
ever resign for any reason) We work with a third party provider to
offer health and dental to our lease drivers through Blue Cross and
Blue Shield. We do not limit the amount of freight you can run, so
if you want to work, we will keep you running.-- Payments for the
trucks are $475 weekly. The term of the lease will depend on which
truck you choose. --
Shelton also offers drivers the opportunity to lease to own a
trailer! --Trailers are typically $210 weekly and increase drivers
pay to 75%!
Requirements
ORIENTATION: Orientation is held every week. Classes begin on each
Tuesday and end on Friday. We will get you a rental car and pay for
fuel for the car to get you here. We put you in a private hotel
room and provide you with lunch during class. During class you will
be given hands on training and the information you will need to be
successful with our company. You will leave orientation in your
truck! There is an orientation pay to compensate you for your time
in class. It is added to your check once you deliver your first
load.
