*Contract to Hire Opportunity*

High school diploma or GED
Strong working knowledge working knowledge of computers and Microsoft program software preferred.
Answering phone and maintaining log of calls and complaints.
Lean and utilize client CMMS system and develop work orders as needed.
Two years of general office experience
Possess a valid drivers license
Knowledge of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint; ability to develop worksheets and graphs from data
Knowledge of the principles and methods of centralized purchasing, accounting, and cash management procedures
Able to use a telephone effectively
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Under the direction of Project Manager, coordinates and administrates office operations to include preparation of correspondence, annual budgets, purchase orders; also responsible for maintaining records for various purposes. This position will normally work out of the S/Central office location and support the administration needs of both the North and S/Central office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares specifications for bidders
Reviews purchase requisitions from departments, obtains competitive price quotes, then prepares purchase orders
Maintains log of purchase orders, check vouchers, expense reports, check request, budget accruals
Maintains a current list of approved vendors and verifies receipt of items on vendor's invoice against purchase order before forwarding for payment
Maintains special journal of receipts and disbursements and allocates expenditures to proper accounts
Responsible for maintaining records and reconciliations of petty cash bank account
Maintains confidential personnel records associated with payroll including salary data, performance data, medical/benefit data
Assists in preparation of annual budgets and proprietary data for bids, proposals, and other project development activities
Processes workers' compensation claims
Creates and prepares correspondence and reports
Work with PM to develop client reports and other documents
Schedule training for staff as required for new hires, annual training, safety and compliance training.
Use of and set up of electronic equipment: computers, pads, cell phones, copiers and printers,
Prepares specifications for bidders

Assist PM in hiring and onboarding process.
Strong skills in Microsoft office programs, accounting, and billing and accounting
Develop and maintain project files, and cloud-based document control site
Understands and carries out oral and written directions
Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships client employees, vendors, and the public.
Development of a commitment to personal safety and the safety of co-workers is essential.
Performs custodial and other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Drug and background screenings required
