We meet their specific geographic distribution requirements for resale by selling through our network of over 105 retail stores, or through export operations to over 40 countries worldwide.We have experienced significant growth in the last three years and we have aggressive plans to continue to expand in the coming years.Channel Control Merchants Distribution Center is looking for a Security Supervisor with dependable transportation, good work ethic, and a great attitude to join our team!As a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing security functions in the organization. This position will be located in Hattiesburg, MS.Duties and Responsibilities:* Train and schedule programs and functions for security personnel* Evaluate, assess, and analyze performance for security personnel* Initiate disciplinary measures whenever necessary* Provide security for all Hattiesburg campuses including office buildings, warehouses, and other properties* Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers* Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises* Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition* Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts, and other risks* Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measuresRequirements* Good communication skills* Critical thinking skills* Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response* Must work with a sense of urgency* Must have Security experience in a large box Retail, Warehouse, or Multistore environment* Must have a valid Driver's License* Must have no criminal recordWork Conditions:* Routinely work near moving mechanical parts such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar mechanical devices* Working in moderate to loud noise levels* Climate controlled environmentPre-employment background check and drug screen required.Salary Description$16 per hourPDN-993f6392-c033-45af-8513-4cb0d13acc16
