We serve our residential, commercial, fleet, and government customers through our 150+ retail store locations in eighteen states, supported by our corporate offices (in Mount Airy, NC, and Cobden, IL), distribution centers, and strategically located manufacturing facilities.Job Summary:The Building Repair Technician is based out of the Cobden location, with operations in the U.S., and has overall responsibility for repairing portable sheds. This position reports directly to Building Repair Technician Supervisor and has one direct report.Job Responsibilities:Travel to company and customer locations to repair portable sheds as assigned.Use tools and machinery to transform building materials into finished products.Comply with all safety regulations including wearing necessary protective gear.Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working order.Reset sales locations as needed.Other duties as assigned.OTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
