Job Description:
Canebrake Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional
career opportunity of Racquet Facilities Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician
:
-Performs repairs and maintenance and ensures cleanliness of the
entire facility.
-Assists Building/Landscape Maintenance Manager in managing and
coordinating contracts and contracted services that pertain to the
maintenance of the facility and grounds.
-Ensures that grounds maintenance is performed and kept to
established standards.
-Oversees operation of mechanical and power equipment utilized in
the maintenance of the facility.
-Coordinates exterior property cleaning and maintenance in
accordance with company standards.
-Assists the department manager in interviewing, training,
planning, assigning, and directing work. Make recommendations when
hiring, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining
associates. Addresses complaints and resolves problems.
-Assists in the coordination of department members that may
include, but is not limited to: Housepersons, Carpenters,
Electricians, Maintenance Staff, Plumber, and Security Officer.
-Assists in monitoring business volume forecast and plans
accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other
expenses.
-Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to
achieve guest satisfaction.
-Assists manager in communicating any changes or new policies and
procedures to the department.
-Regular and reliable attendance.
-Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
-Associates (AA) degree; or one to two years related experience or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in managing personnel.
-Driver's License may be required.
Other Qualifications:
-Other applicable mechanical/equipment licenses (Boiler, HVAC
etc).
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
