Job Description:

Fit Recruiting seeks a motivated, driven, and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join an established growing company in Mobile, Alabama. This position is key in providing outstanding customer service, managing sales orders, and supporting our outside sales efforts. The ideal candidate has sound reasoning and problem-solving skills and is interested in growing and learning. Salary is in the $55K range, depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Process customer orders, quotes, and returns efficiently and accurately Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers Maintain and build relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business Support the outside sales team with pricing, availability, and order logistics Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock availability Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer needs Handle customer issues or complaints professionally and promptly Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, or two years of related experience and\/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
