Radiation Oncology Job Summary: Functions as physicist in training
learning how to provide clinical services to include designing
treatment plans, validate doses and conduct machine quality
assurance. Education & Experience Masters in Medical Physics.
Experience cannot be substituted for educational requirement.
Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required: NA Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities Responsibilities In training to design treatment
plans for radiation therapy to cancer patients. In training to
validate radiological doses. In training to conduct machine quality
assurance. The duties listed are general in nature and are examples

Environmental Demands Requires constant handling or working with
potentially dangerous equipment, constant exposure to biohazardous

frequent working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled
hours, frequent activities subject to significant volume changes of
a seasonal/clinical nature, constant work produced subject to
