Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
for children with autism and other developmental disabilities -
Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavioral consultation
to families and caregivers - Train and supervise staff on
behavioral interventions and strategies - Collaborate with other
professionals, including speech therapists, occupational
therapists, and psychologists - Provide ongoing support and
guidance to families and caregivers to ensure successful
implementation of behavioral plans - Stay up-to-date with best
practices in ABA and incorporate new knowledge into treatment plans
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing
quality improvement efforts Requirements: - Board Certification in
Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or Master's degree in a related field
(e.g. Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) - Strong
knowledge of ABA principles and practices - Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as
part of a remote team - Strong organizational and time management
skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines What
