Job Description:
This full-time position will report to the hospital
Administrator and is responsible for upholding the standards of
care established by regulatory and accrediting bodies. The DON will
provide oversight and direction to all direct care nursing staff
and ensure the unit is staffed safely and according to protocol.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Education:
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing minimum, with MSN
oversight. License: RN License through the MS state board of
nursing Experience: One-year management or related experience in
