Characteristics of Work Under the direction of the Vice President, Head Start and Early Childhood Programs, the Assistant Vice President of Head Start Administrative Services is responsible for developing the management system whereby the services of the administrative division will be effectively planned, implemented and evaluated. Also, the Assistant Vice President of Head Start Administrative Services is responsible for providing administrative direction in the absence of the Vice President of Head Start and Early Childhood Development Programs. Supervisory Control The Assistant Vice President – Head Start Administrative Services is directly responsible to the Vice President of Head Start and Early Childhood Programs, who is responsible to the President & Chief Executive Officer. The Assistant Vice President – Head Start Administrative Services will be evaluated semi-annually by the Vice President of Head Start and Early Childhood Development Programs. The evaluation will be conducted through a process of performance monitoring and progress reviews.
